Recipe courtesy of Fool-Proof Foods 

1 whole chicken 
2 TB of your favorite seasonings 

• rub 1 TB of seasoning inside chicken 

• rub 1 TB of seasoning outside chicken 

• place in baking pan 

1 TB olive oil 
1 TB of your favorite seasonings 
3 potatoes (wedge cut in 8ths) 
2 onions (wedge cut in 8ths) 
4 carrots (rough cut large) 
4 stalks celery (rough cut large) 
8 mushrooms (large, cut in half) 

• mix oil and seasoning in bowl & toss vegetables to coat thoroughly 

• place in another baking dish 

• bake all 1 hour in preheated 350° oven
